Similar to other smaller rear additions, this 3 meter extension with a flat roof finish created enough additional floor space to comfortably add a kitchen and living space into the new structure.

This project was completed within permitted development rights, foregoing the need for planning permission. The glazed roofing lantern was specially designed and fitted by our teams, giving a unique internal and external look to this project.


As with many rear extensions the inclusion of Bi-folding doors manufactured and fitted by build London Glazing division allows the full size opening of the new living space and kitchen to fully connect with the rear garden.


The brickwork sympathetically matched to the existing brickwork by using reclaimed bricks from the same period.
