This project is an example of how to make a ‘standard’ terrace in a single dormer loft conversion on your own. The client opted to use the space predominantly as an office, as opposed to a traditional bedroom.

The traditional French doors and Juliet balcony at the back allow the natural lighting whilst working and cool air to flow in the warmer months of the year.

The traditional detailing perfectly blends in the existing house, especially in the new bathroom, which stands out as a statement in the property.

The light color tones also create the feeling of space and light in the new rooms as well as above the new staircase, which was finished to seamlessly match the one already existing.
