I just felt I had to say how very pleased we are with the loft conversion undertaken by Build London. Their approach was professional from the start. Very aware that we were still living in the house during the work they were courteous, tidy and above all hard working while all the time respecting our privacy. They started the job on time and finished at the agreed date - pretty much a first in my experience for a project of this size! The work completed is to a very high standard and all the trades employed worked hard to achieve the space that we wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending this team of builders, carpenters, plumbers, roofers decorators etc.

I am writing to let you know that my wife and I are really pleased with the work that Build London have done to add a new room in our loft.
Having someone in your home when you are at work is always difficult and all of your guys have made every effort to make this painless and chaos-free. They where friendly and polite when on the job.
In particular, I wanted to mention the efforts of Saulius who was our lead carpenter ad managed the first fix. Saulius and his team worked efficiently and made excellent progress. At one point a problem arose with our bathroom and he made considerable effort to listen to what we wanted and then use his knowledge to achieve this. He was always patient and calm with us and very willing to do extra work to be sure that we were getting what we wanted. He has made a real difference to the end result.
I also want to tell you about the excellent standard of service that our project manager, Ramunas, has provided over the eight weeks of this job. he has turned up when he said he would , he has answered any question that I had as quickly as possible and he has always been willing to meet me at home to go through more complicated questions.
You have a great bunch of guys on your team and I am very pleased with the work done by Build London and will continue to recommend you to our friends.

Build London constructed out loft conversation over two months in 2008 and we are delighted with the end result. It is an extension to the house that creates a modern, light space but which is also build in traditional materials that match the building's appearance and age. The team was extremely well managed, with each member working with both efficiency and expertise thoughout the project. They were all punctual, polite and tidy in their work, meaning we felt confident to leave them to it and simply come houme each evening and enjoy seeing the next stage in the build. We were very impressed at the speed and quality of the work and the attention detail. All in all we are thrilled with the end product. Build London did a great job and we would thoroughly recommend them. In a long row of terraced properties, our loft conversion is easily the best !

Conversion (Loft) "Build London did a loft extension/conversion for us in a Victorian terraced house, and it is what they call an L-shaped extension. They did very well indeed and I was very impressed with their workmanship. The guys were absolutely fantastic, they did everything we asked and as a few changes became apparent along the way, they were very accommodating indeed. The plumbers, electricians and plasterers were all brilliant - superb, neat & tidy workmanship. one of our neighbours complained about the build and pointed our alleged building control issue but Build London dealt with that, and also liaised with building control and building regulations. Building regulations inspected and signed off the work and I can say thet overall I'm very happy with that they did. they were quickly and professional and I'd be very happy to recommend them to anybody.
Extensions "They're incredibly hard workers and they did some incredibly good work for us. We're particularly happy with the quality of their work which is outstanding. They did our kitchen extension and their sister company did our loft conversion. They were pretty tidy, we got on really well with all guys thet worked on our house, they were always here when they said they were going to be there and they worked really hard. I would definitely recommend them."
